Yes. Every care plan includes routine content updates with no monthly request quota. Hosted uses the standard work queue, Managed gets priority, and Partner gets first priority. New pages, redesigns and custom features are quoted separately. We confirm the scope and expected timing before work starts.
Standard care plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. The optional Partner free-build offer and Managed half-price build offer each require 12 months. SEO starts with a three-month term, then becomes month-to-month. Your written estimate states the commitment before work starts.
You do, from day one. Your domain is registered in your name, not ours, and the design, content and files are yours outright. If you ever leave, we hand everything over, no export fee, no held domain.
Give 30 days' notice and we transfer your site files, domain and email wherever you're going. No exit fee. If you cancel inside a free-build commitment, you pay the remaining months or the standard build price, whichever is less.
Typical build timelines are about one week for Starter, two for Launch, three to four for Business and five to six for Store or Booking. Timing depends on the agreed scope, receiving your content and your approvals. We confirm a schedule in the estimate.
