happyllama.net does not run tracking scripts, analytics pixels, or advertising cookies. The pages you read are static files. The hosting service may process request information to operate and protect the site. We have not added a marketing analytics service to these pages.

When online sending is available, the contact form sends your name, email and any business details you provide to happyllama through our Google Workspace email account or Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request for abuse. If sending fails, the form reports the failure and keeps your details so you can retry. It does not open your email app.

If you call or email

The name, number, email address, and business details you give us are used to estimate the work, do the work, and bill for the work. We do not sell that information, and we do not share it except when a tool we use to serve you needs it (Google Workspace for your business email, a domain registrar in your name, a payment processor if you pay by card).

If you use AI chat

Messages you send to the site assistant or the chat app are processed by happyllama infrastructure and the model provider used for that conversation. Chat history may also be saved in your browser by the chat app. Avoid sending passwords, payment card details or confidential client information. An AI answer is not a written estimate or an agreement to do work.

If you become a client

Hosting, email, backups, and domain records are set up so the accounts are yours. We keep copies only as long as we need them to do the job, then we delete them when you leave, or on request.
