Who this is

Happyllama is the trade name of a Michigan limited liability company, operating from LaGrange, Indiana. The person who estimates the work is the person who does the work. A signed estimate, plus these terms, is the agreement.

What you own

From day one, the domain is registered in your name. The design, words, photographs we make for you, and the site files are yours. If you leave, we hand them over. There is no export fee and no held domain.

How long it lasts

Care plans and SEO retainers are month-to-month. Give 30 days' notice to cancel and we transfer hosting, email, and files wherever you are going. No exit fee.

The one exception is voluntary: commit to twelve months of the Partner care plan and the Launch Site build is free. Prefer Managed? Commit to twelve months and any build is half price. Those trades are optional and written on the estimate. SEO retainers start with a three-month term, then go month-to-month.

What it costs

Prices are the ones published on the pricing page unless the estimate says otherwise. The price on the plan is the price. Extra pages, extra mailboxes, and Enterprise work outside the listed packages are estimated in writing before they start.

What we need from you

Words, photos, logins, and decisions on time, except on a Starter Site, which needs a short brief: hours, phone, and a couple of photos. A build sits still when those sit still. We will say so rather than invent a launch date we cannot keep.

If something goes wrong

Call 260-376-0145. Indiana law governs this agreement. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still stands.
